SupremeApp
Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 5, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how SupremeApp ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the Blur Video application for iPhone and iPad (the "App").
Privacy at a glance
- Video analysis and editing take place on your device.
- We do not receive your videos, frames, masks, project names, or detection data through the App.
- The App contains no advertising SDKs and does not track you across apps or websites.
- We do not sell personal information.
1. Scope
This policy applies to information handled through the App and to information you voluntarily send when contacting us for support or privacy questions. It does not govern Apple's own services, including the App Store, StoreKit, iCloud, Photos, or your Apple Account. Apple handles those services under its own terms and privacy policy.
2. Information handled by the App
On-device media processing
Blur Video processes source videos, audio, video frames, face rectangles, license plate candidates, object tracks, thumbnails, manual masks, and export settings on your device. Automatic detection models run locally. The App does not upload this content to us.
Local project storage
Imported media, project names, thumbnails, edits, mask positions, detection results, preferences, and temporary exports may be stored in the App's local container on your device. This information remains under your control and is not available to us.
Device information used locally
The App may check available disk space, file timestamps, and locally stored preferences to manage projects, exports, and cleanup. These values are used on your device and are not sent to us.
3. Photos and Files access
You choose which video to import through Apple's system interfaces. When you ask the App to save an export to Photos, the App requests the access needed to add that finished video. Blur Video does not use these permissions to upload your media to us or to build a profile about you.
You can review or change App permissions at any time in the Settings app on your device. Removing access may prevent the related import or save feature from working.
4. Purchases
Blur Video Pro purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. The App receives purchase and entitlement status from Apple so it can unlock features and restore your purchase. We do not receive your full payment card details. Apple may process purchase information according to its own privacy policy.
The App may store a local entitlement indicator in the device Keychain to preserve access reliably. This indicator remains on your device and is not used for advertising or tracking.
5. Information you send to us
If you email us, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, device model, operating system version, App version, issue description, and any attachments. We use this information to respond, troubleshoot, protect the App, and meet legal obligations.
Please do not send private or sensitive videos unless we specifically request a diagnostic sample and you have the right to share it. Support correspondence may be processed by the service provider that hosts our email mailbox.
6. No tracking, advertising, or sale
The App does not include third-party advertising or analytics SDKs, does not access or create an advertising identifier, and does not track your activity across other companies' apps or websites. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
7. Retention and deletion
Local projects remain on your device until you delete them in the App or remove the App. Temporary files may be deleted through the App's cleanup controls or during automatic cleanup. Removing a local project does not delete the original video from Photos or Files.
If you contact us by email, we retain the correspondence only as long as reasonably necessary to provide support, maintain business records, prevent abuse, or comply with law. You may request deletion of support correspondence by contacting us, subject to any retention required by law.
8. Security
On-device processing reduces the need to transmit private media. Local data is protected by the security controls provided by iOS or iPadOS and your device settings. No storage or communication method is completely secure, so you should keep your device protected, maintain backups where appropriate, and review finished videos before sharing them.
9. Your choices and privacy rights
You can delete local projects and temporary files within the App, remove the App and its local data, change Photos permissions in system Settings, and choose what information to include in support emails.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding personal information we hold through support communications, including rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing, and to receive a portable copy. You may exercise a request by emailing us. We may need to verify your request and may retain information where permitted or required by law. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
10. Children's privacy
The App is a general-audience editing tool and is not directed to children under 13, or the minimum age required by local law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the App. If you believe a child has sent us personal information in a support request, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the App, legal requirements, or our practices. We will revise the effective date at the top of this page when changes are posted. Material changes may also be communicated in the App where appropriate.
